Our production kitchen is in Karaağaç, Arsuz. We deliver daily across Iskenderun and Arsuz, and take event bookings throughout Hatay province.
Yes. All meals are cooked in our own kitchen on the morning of service and delivered hot in insulated thermo containers. We never serve frozen or day-old food.
Meals travel in insulated thermo containers that keep them close to cooking temperature. At events we also set up bain-marie lines to keep service hot throughout.

Absolutely. Pick from our sample menus or build your own; for corporate contracts the weekly menu is submitted for your approval.
Same day. A request received in the morning is served by noon; an afternoon request by evening — we confirm exact timing by phone.
Yes. For events we supply tables, chairs, serving lines, tableware and service staff — and clearing up afterwards is on us.
Yes. Our corporate meal service includes an alternative plate every day, and allergens are flagged in menu plans.
We're open every day of the week from 07:30 to 19:30, with deliveries outside those hours available for scheduled events.
